Returns policy
The artist compromise to:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have up to 15 days from the date on which your order arrives with the buyer, to make the complaint and notify the artist, sending photos and description of the event. In this case the artist will send another print equal to the one that arrived damaged as a replacement. The buyer has no obligation to return the broken product, or pay no extra cost for replacement
In the event that you are unhappy or disappointed
In the event that you are unhappy or disappointed with your print or artwork for any reason, you are entitled to return it for a full cash refund up to 15 days after your order arrives. In this case return shipping cost will be fully responsability of the buyer. The artist undertakes to refund the value of the print or artwork once the product arrives back to its origin.
If you return your order after 15 days but within 30 days the order arrives, instead of a cash refund, you will be offered an exchange equal to the value of your order. After 30 days of the order arrives the artist is not responsible for returns of any kind.
In the event that the work does not arrive at its destination
In the event that the product does not arrive at its destination after 30 days since shipped date, the artist undertakes to perform the corresponding complaints with the postal offices responsible for the dispatch, and follow the package tracking with dedication. If 15 days pass from corresponding complayns and there is no affirmative response from the shipping company, the buyer can choose to have the same product sent again or have the money refund.
In the event that the post office in the recipient's country confirms that the package has been delivered, the artist will not be responsible for refunds or replacements.
